Extensive transaction experience to help clients navigate ownership transitions, acquisitions, capital raises and/or sale

Sell-side and capital raise: assist with preparation for a transaction, organizing materials, communicating with third parties, and serving as internal process quarterback

Buyside acquisitions and investments: provide support and/or lead due diligence, modeling, post-closing integration and reporting, and onboarding new personnel
